Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy is a traditional time-honored treatment that remains a favorite because it is safe, comfortable, and remarkably effective for many health disorders. It uses suction rather than compression to promote healing. Cupping rapidly facilitates rigid soft tissue release, loosens and lifts connective tissues, breaks up and drains stagnation while increasing blood and lymph flow to skin and muscles in ways not possible using compression. Additionally, cupping causes tissues to release toxins; stimulates the lymphatic, skin, and circulatory systems; clears colon blockages, reduces stretch marks, and improves varicose veins; relieves pain and pressure from sinus infections or inflammation due to allergies; and can be beneficial for many other conditions including Asthma, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, anxiety, fatigue, headaches, chronic pain, Fibromyalgia and more!

Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage is a gentle, light pressure massage that follows the path of the lymphatic system and helps reduce swelling caused when excess lymphatic fluids collect in the body, usually in the arms and legs. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymph system does not have a pump and relies on muscle movement to move fluid. Conditions like illness, surgery, or injury can cause lymph fluid to stagnate and become thicker, or plug up a lymph node.
Some clients will notice an immediate result from lymphatic drainage massage, while for others it may take a few sessions. In general, lymphatic drainage massage is a safe treatment. However, there are a few conditions and circumstances where it is not recommended, such as: some heart conditions, kidney failure, blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, or active infections.

TMJ Function and Pain Relief
If you suffer from painful TMJ dysfunction, massage can be a source of relief. Our therapists are trained in various areas of treatments that can help alleviate the pain and tension associated with TMJD. Treatments may include external massage, intra oral massage, and cupping therapy. Contact us today to see which therapist would be the best fit for you.
Signs you may have TMJ dysfunction:
- muscular pain when chewing, swallowing, or speaking
- restricted movement, such as limitations when opening the mouth
- clicking, popping, and cracking of the jaw
- dental issues such as misaligned teeth or tooth pain
- pain in the neck, scalp, and shoulders
- frequent headaches
- pain and tenderness at the joint
- pain, ringing, or itchiness in the ears
- dizziness

Prenatal and Postpartum Massage
Creating another human being is demanding on a mother’s body. Massage can reduce stress hormones, relax and loosen muscles, increase blood flow, and keep your lymphatic system working at peak efficiency. If that’s not enough, many clients see a relief in symptoms such as insomnia, joint pain, leg cramping, sciatic pain, swelling in hands and feet, sinus congestion, and headaches.
With the many body changes common during pregnancy, our goal is to keep you comfortable during your massage, without putting mom and baby at risk. Our trained massage therapists will make accommodations with special cushioning systems that provide extra room room for your growing belly and breasts. Or, you may choose to lie on your side with the support of pillows and cushions.
After your little one arrives, a massage is a great way to aid in the body’s recovery after giving birth. How soon after giving birth is it safe to have a massage? As soon as you are ready! Giving birth is a huge demand on the body and we love to help speed up the recovery process. As with prenatal massage, extra care will be taken to ensure your comfort during the massage.
As a precaution, it is always a great idea to check with your physician before receiving a prenatal massage — particularly if you have diabetes, morning sickness, preeclampsia, high blood pressure, fever, a contagious virus, abdominal pain or bleeding — they’re complications that could make massage during pregnancy risky.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (also known as Cranial Sacral Therapy, or CST) is a noninvasive treatment that incorporates steady holds and gentle movement of the bones in the skull, spine, and hips to relieve stress and pain, improve the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system, and assist release of the body’s connective tissue, or “fascia.”
